I have flat-rate shipping on all items! All orders from Cindy Lou Who 2 are shipped via Canada Post's regular mail service, unless you purchase a shipping upgrade (upgrades for the US and Canada are available at checkout; all other countries should contact me for rates, as they vary).
My standard flat-rate shipping prices in USD are:
$2.45 to Canada
$6.30 to the US
$8.40 to $12 to everywhere else
These prices reflect the actual costs of mailing from Canada, plus insurance.
I ship 3 days a week unless it is a holiday or vacation week, usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday. After I receive your order, I will contact you with details of this week's shipping schedule.
Mail sent from Canada can take quite a bit of time to arrive, depending on your location. Packages within Canada usually take between 1 day and 2 weeks, while US packages can take anywhere from 4 days to over 3 weeks to arrive; the longer time frame is often due to Customs delays. Orders from outside North America take between 1 to 6 weeks to be delivered, depending on the country & its Customs regulations. Buyers outside of Canada and the US may be required to pay customs, duties or taxes, depending on your country's law & regulations (the US limit is $800).
My shipping supplies are made from recycled paper & plastic when those items are available. Most items I sell will arrive in plastic sealer bags to prevent tarnish and water damage during transit, as well as a jewellery box to prevent damage in the mail.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes, I do take returns! If you wish to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please contact me first for shipping instructions, within 15 days of receiving the order. No questions asked!
Returns must be sent via regular mail (I cannot accept courier shipments at my address).
Once I receive the items in their original condition, I will refund you the purchase price (earrings are subject to a $2 hook replacement fee, as I cannot sell returned hooks to another customer).
If you have any issues with your order, please contact me immediately so we can craft a solution. I will replace (when possible), repair or refund any purchases that do not arrive as described; the solution will depend on the details and, of course, on what you want to do. If I have made a mistake, I will cover all shipping & refund costs.
